20% of the population are Neurodivergent (different brains / 30+ conditions). This is an Neurodivergent friendly place; you can sit in a quiet area (showroom) to wait with WC and hot drink. You can wait in reception also.
TRIAGE & DIAGNOSIS
May take over an hour as garage and reception is always busy (wear Loops).
They can triage and diagnose issues on the day - you will be informed if day-job or overnight-job (waiting for parts or free slots etc).
They can explain terminology and car-jargon.
You can wait on-site or come back (walk in park, lunch or supermarket shopping
Communication
You can write out a list of issues with the vehicle and leave IN car or Reception to avoid Communication issues.
You can stick post-its INSIDE car if specific issues. You can have a written breakdown of work done printed out.
You can call them in advance, so they know to expect you and potential issues (identity who best to help or give advice if urgent).
